Vinetage: 2019 Tasting: This is intensely concentrated Icewine, lightly oxidative, deep in golden hue and all pineapple to nose. Crunchy mixed with bruised apple, persistent and notable terseness, while the acidity runs high and does so with some acetic weight. Solid work with chardonnay nonetheless.

Vinetage: 2022 Tasting Record：The wine has a bright yellowish, the aroma is fresh yellow fruit, yellow peach, pineapple, lemon, apple, pear aroma, acidity is crisp, fresh and refreshing. Food Pairing：suitable for Japanese cuisine, chicken, seafood, especially oysters, soft cheese etc.
